Addicted!

I'm so addicted to our new camera and take it every where! Eli is probably annoyed with me. These aren't the best pictures, but I really like them. I'm not sure what that is on his head in the third picture.

A little update....

It just so happened that all the care group "kid gang" came over the other day ( - Josiah)

Now, this was just cute....

Pops took all the kids ( - eli + Clifton and I ) to Boo at the zoo. This is on the tram ride home. Our car was so far away! The kids had a blast and clifton is recovering nicely ;)

Kaleb is AUSTIN from the Backyardigans. After working for a couple of hours on it, he spent the afternoon chanting " i don't want to be Austin, i just want to be kubby" Good thing i am in charge. Once i showed him the tail, he was all on board! Sophie will be Tasha ( almost finished) but she had to sport the Walmart bunny costume for Boo at the zoo....

18 Month Check-up!

Eli and I went today to his 18 month check-up and the doctor said he was doing great! He also got 3 shots. He doesn't do so well with them, but I also give his some Tylenol before he gets them, cause he always gets a fever.

Weight: 25lbs 8oz

Height: 33 inches

Head: 19 5/8 inches

He was still in the 90th percentile in his head and he's a little over 50th percentile on his height and 50th percentile on his weight. Which makes his in the 50th percentile all over. He's growing like a weed, talking and doing more things every day!

Sluss Care group camping

We went camping this weekend with care group. Sophie stayed with Nanna and papa for obvious reasons, but kubby had big BIG fun..... He walked in the woods, ate smores, drank hot cocoa, watched the fire and slept in a tent. He even took me to the potty. I told him i had to go and he said, " ok mommy i will take you" ( he takes my hand...then looks up and says)..." if you have to go poo-poo just call me and I will wipe you ". Big BIG fun....

Watching Luke and Abigail...

I watched Luke the Abigail a couple of weeks ago, cause Jeremy surprised Michelle with an anniversary trip. We had a great time and here are some pictures to prove it.

Sick again!

Eli has been coughing a little this week, but it's gotten worse yesterday and today. It is a barking cough, so I took him, knowing that it could be the croup. Sure enough, he's got the croup and an ear infection. Poor thing! After we left the doctors I went to get him an apple juice slush. He feel asleep with it in his mouth.

Chandra and I went to Dollywood Wednesday with all 5 children. We also all rode in one car with all of the children. Caden sings What a might savior.... in the car...very cute!
We let them ride all the rides that they can ride alone. Look at Ally's choke hold on Sophie. They really had fun. Sophie squeeled as we would near a ride.
We lost track of how many people said some derivative of, " wow, you have your hands full..." The kids really played well together and had fun. Kaleb has decided that Caden is his brother. It is fun to think that they will be friends someday. Heck, our children might even marry each other....hmmmmm
I told Chandra that Olivia did not count as a child All she did was ride in the stroller and smile. She never even made a peep. Luckily, she really stunk it up on the way out to the car. She had to do something. She is so cute. Kaleb and sophie just hugged and hugged her. Olivia might make good marrying material...already has a gentle and quiet spirit....hmmmmm
Here they are completely sacked out in the car. They were all asleep ( except Kaleb) so Kaleb got bored and decided to tickle sophie. As you can see she was not very happy about it. Chandra was also sleepy, so i tickled her as well.
