"Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward." Psalm 127:3
6:1 In the year that King Uzziah died I saw the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up; and the train [1] of his robe filled the temple. 2 Above him stood the seraphim. Each had six wings: with two he covered his face, and with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew. 3 And one called to another and said:
“Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts;
the whole earth is full of his glory!” [2]
4 And the foundations of the thresholds shook at the voice of him who called, and the house was filled with smoke. 5 And I said: “Woe is me! For I am lost; for I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips; for my eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts!”
This is the jumper she put his intials on. It's SO CUTE!
This picture is funny... " What DAD!"
Within the first minute of casting her Barbie rod (thanks to Pops!) she caught her first fish. Here are some pictures of her holding her catfish.
After her first catch, she went on to catch two more fish. Here is a picture of her with Pops and her second catfish. She also caught a blue gill. All the while, Luke was asleep in the gator!
I just took this picture before he went to bed tonight. He went to bed at 10:35pm. My sweet little boy.
Eli had his 6 month check up today. The doc said he looked great. He weighed in at 17lbs 9oz and was 26 3/4 inches long. We finally beat Luke! He told me that his other tooth was about to break through and that he would get about one a month. Let the fun times begin! He did great with his shots. He cried when he got them, but nothing after. Usually he cries a while. He was laughing. I prayed all day yesterday that the shots wouldn't hurt him and praise the Lord they didn't! Praise the Lord that Matt and I have a healthy baby boy!
*Michelle and Stephanie... how about some pictures of ya'lls cute babies!
We went to Dad's house to take Michelle something this morning and Michelle was getting Eli out of his carrier and said " He's got a tooth!" I was so excited. That explains the periods of not being happy and crying and nothing will help. YEAH! So, Michelle discovered Eli's first tooth. Too funny! I guess I don't pay attention as much as I should :) You can see it in the picture. It's hard to get a picture of it. I couldn't wait till tomorrow to post, so I'm posting today. I'll post tomorrow as well, cause he has his 6 month check up. See ya then.
